Based on Master Plan of Kars Dam and Irrigation Project, we updated water prevision, Hoods, dam location, cartography, geological investigations, irrigatible areas. Primary Report was prepared according to geological report, environmental assessment report, and hydrological report. Optimization, and comparative formulations were submitted. On client’s choice, we planned final formulation primary design of dam, structures, roads, irrigation and drainage network and cost calculations and finally rantability.
