Two seperate rivers flow through city center of Zonguldak to Black Sea. The river bases had to be rehabilitated, by covering their tops, while allowing them to flow to the sea. Hydrological and geological reports had been prepared. According to the City Municipality development plans, ESPM designed road and bridge locations and construction plans, which do not disturb the city life. Then the tender documents for the civil works were prepared.
