The project includes the design and consulting services for the facilities of Silopi Thermal Power Plant.

The water is to be supplied from a water intake structure at the borderline river between Turkey and Iraq, and then pumped to the main facility through 2 stage pump stations. The water will be treated at this stage, and stored to be used as raw water in the cooling process.

Another component of the project is an industrial landfill to store the ash wastes in two different cell types, for both bottom and fly ash.
