The construction contactor has assigned ESPM for the engineering works, and had received the approval from State Hydraulic Works, for ESPM to perform the detail design. ESPM collected cartographical and geological data; evaluated final design and realized detail design of classical gravity irrigation and drainage system and structures. During construction, procurement and consultancy were realized.

Services performed include:

- Cartography and geological investigation data collection and evaluation.
- Detail design of irrigation and drainage system of 3.000 Ha and road, bridge and structures.
- Consultancy during construction.
