ESPM reviewed previous topographical, geological and hydrological data. After the completion of the hydrological report, project formulation was changed, as recommended by ESPM. New project formulation was adapted. Final and detail design of structures and roads have been studied and applied.
The diversion component included a regulator, derivation tunnel and transmission line.
