İlhan Adiloglu graduated from the Civil Engineering Department of Istanbul Technical University with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in 1973. He professionally worked in positions including Construction Manager (1973-1979), Project Manager (1979-1982), Deputy General Manager (1982-1997) and General Manager (1997-2006) for several years. He successfully managed and implemented numerous projects in Turkey and abroad, including the Hydro-electrical Power Plants, Dams, Irrigation Systems, Highways, Harbors, Residential and Industrial Projects, Airports, Commercial Buildings, Tunnels, and Bridges, which have an estimated cost of approximately USD 2 Billion in total. Since 2006, he is serving as the Partner, Chairman and CEO of ESER Contracting, ESER Project, FARCAN Energy, GÖKSU Energy, ESER Energy and İlhan Adiloglu Construction Companies.

With a know-how and well command of all stages of a project from design to construction and commissioning to operation, we do not leave designs or consultancy assignments on theoretical calculations, and always target bringing better and more efficient solutions to our customers.

Our company has carried its expertise out of the country borders, and has worked in a wide geography from Sudan to Afghanistan, Iraq to Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia to Uzbekistan, and Algeria to Azerbaijan.
