İlhan Adiloglu graduated from the Civil Engineering Department of Istanbul Technical University with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in 1973. He professionally worked in positions including Construction Manager (1973-1979), Project Manager (1979-1982), Deputy General Manager (1982-1997) and General Manager (1997-2006) for several years. He successfully managed and implemented numerous projects in Turkey and abroad, including the Hydro-electrical Power Plants, Dams, Irrigation Systems, Highways, Harbors, Residential and Industrial Projects, Airports, Commercial Buildings, Tunnels, and Bridges, which have an estimated cost of approximately USD 2 Billion in total. Since 2006, he is serving as the Partner, Chairman and CEO of ESER Contracting, ESER Project, FARCAN Energy, GÖKSU Energy, ESER Energy and İlhan Adiloglu Construction Companies.
